RETURNS
At By Hallyuu, we understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. If you are eligible for a return, we offer store credit refunds upon receiving your returned items. To initiate a return, please follow the guidelines below:
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your item.
- All returns must be sent back to us with a tracking method.
- The customer is responsible for all return fees.
Please fill out the return request form provided below and include it in the parcel along with the items you wish to return. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

If you require an exchange, a replacement size, or an alternative item, please place a new order. Due to our fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee availability of your preferred size or style.
REFUNDS
Please note that we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
For items considered faulty, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Unfortunately, if more than 10 days have passed since receiving your item(s), we cannot offer a refund or return. We can only provide refunds for items that clearly arrived damaged (e.g., with holes, rips, etc.). All refunds must be approved by our team. If an item is damaged due to mishandling by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or return.
For lost or stolen parcels, our responsibility ends once the item has been shipped. If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please file an investigation with your local post office immediately. While we will assist in locating your parcel, the responsibility for ensuring you receive it lies with the post office.
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address, including any unit numbers if applicable. If your address changes while your parcel is in transit, please contact your post office. By Hallyuu is not responsible for any incorrect addresses, address changes, or missing address information.
60 Day Guarantee If 60 days pass without any updates on your provided tracking number, please contact us at byhallyu@gmail.com, and we will issue you a full store credit refund. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to orders with incorrect addresses, changed addresses, or missing address information.
Free Return Shipping We offer free return shipping only if the product has a manufacturing error. For returns due to customer preference or size issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We only process a refund once we receive the returned merchandise or if the product was not shipped.
